Biography:

Herman Schultz, known as Shocker in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, appears in Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017).

He is a henchman working for Adrian Toomes (Vulture), initially under the employ of Jackson Brice. When Brice threatens Toomes' operation, Toomes kills him with one of their weapons, leaving Schultz to inherit Brice's high-tech gauntlets. These gauntlets generate powerful vibrational blasts, which Schultz uses to attack.

Schultz is portrayed as a relatively low-level criminal, easily startled and more interested in earning a paycheck than engaging in grandiose schemes. He is eventually defeated and apprehended by Spider-Man.
